What We Offer

PointBleu offers a range of services:

Development and design of educational materials

Instructional design is the process by which particular training needs are designed and developed for a given audience. PointBleu's experience in instructional design helps organizations identify their training needs, formulate appropriate and cost-effective training solutions, design and develop appropriate educational materials and assist organizations in the delivery of the training. Educational materials developed include training manuals and guides in English and French.

Training and facilitation

PointBleu offers training on specific topics such as human rights and capacity building along with facilitating workshops and seminars. Paul McAdams has facilitated over 150 workshops for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations (CSOs), and government officials in a number of issues ranging from training of trainers, participatory learning, human rights education, capacity development, and basic computer skills.

Program and projects evaluation

PointBleu's approach relies on sound evaluation methods, in particular the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, as well as participatory techniques that involve all stakeholders. Each evaluation is designed to assist clients to assess their work and enable them to identify key strategies to improve their programs and projects.
